Kahle's Tubing Assembly Machines are available in multiple machine platforms, depending on the design of the tubing set to be assembled as well as the assembly process specifications and required output. Tubing can be fed, cut to length, coiled and banded. Complete assembly of any flow control device as well as multiple configurations of the terminations are then automatically loaded into the preferred packaging in one Automated Assembly System. All of Kahle's systems come complete with 100% inspection for proper assembly and clear fluid path. Kahle has the expertise and Tube handling technology to interface its equipment with various other manufacturing operations, such as bag manufacturing and needle assembly, in order to provide for a completely flexible manufacturing line.
