Kahle Needle Assembly Systems are available in multiple machine configurations, depending on the product design and assembly requirements. Kahle’s systems can assemble anywhere from 1 to 50 needles at a time for an output of up to 1000 parts per minute. Kahle has experience with various methods of needle bonding using all types of adhesives and epoxies along with press fit and metal hub assemblies.
Kahle also offers several different types of Needle feeding and bevel orientation systems for its assembly machines, providing no limitations on the assembly of any cannula size and bevel configurations that might be required to meet specifications. All Kahle Needle Assembly Machines guarantee no damage to the Needle tip during the assembly process, and each machine comes with 100% parts inspection for both proper assembly of the product and bevel/tip quality. This is done with a unique Vision System Program developed by Kahle to meet the rigorous standards of the premiere medical device manufacturers of the world.
