Kahle’s experience with small parts handling, process and assembly, along with our system’s compliance with the FDA 21 CFR part 11 requirements, provides us the ability to build a full line of equipment for the manufacture of all types of medical devices and IV components. All Kahle Medical Device Assembly Machines can be operated on a stand-alone basis or integrated into a complete Manufacturing Line. The machines are built on various platforms depending on the product design and processes required. As a rule, these systems are tooled to operate between 30 and 500 parts per minute, depending on production requirements.
Kahle has built machines for the production of Scalpel Blades, Blood Collection Products, Filters, Swabs, Dental Products, Drip Chambers, Injection Sites, Luer Connectors, Roller Clamps, Flash Bulbs, Stopcocks, and Needleless Injection Ports, to name a few.
